Terms of Use

Effective date: October 22, 2026

These terms cover the EMLCNTR website and the EMLCNTR software, made by DJ BOY LLC (“EMLCNTR,” “we,” “us”). By using either, you agree to them.

1. The software and your license

EMLCNTR is a WordPress plugin. A license key unlocks sending on the websites it names, for the time it names. Keys are for your use and the sites you manage; don’t share, resell or alter them. EMLCNTR is in early access, and features may change.

2. Your sending account

You send through your own sending account (such as Amazon’s email service), under that provider’s terms and at your own cost. You’re responsible for keeping your account, keys and website secure.

3. Your list and your emails

Your contacts and emails stay on your website and belong to you. You’re responsible for having permission to email every person on your lists and for what you send.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

email only people who signed up or are your customers, and never use bought, rented or scraped lists;
identify yourself and include your mailing address in every marketing email (EMLCNTR adds it for you);
honor every unsubscribe and never add unsubscribed people back;
follow the CAN-SPAM Act and other laws that apply to you;
never send deceptive, hateful, threatening or illegal content, malware or phishing.

We may suspend or end a license that’s used to break these rules.

5. No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, EMLCNTR and this website are provided “as is,” without warranties. Inbox placement depends on your list, your content and the inbox providers, so we can’t promise it.

6. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for EMLCNTR in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. Questions: the contact form at emlcntr.com.
