Privacy Policy

DJ BOY LLC (“EMLCNTR,” “we,” “us”) makes EMLCNTR, email marketing software that runs on our customers’ own websites (“Clients”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and your choices.

1. How EMLCNTR is different

EMLCNTR runs on each Client’s own website and sends through the Client’s own sending account. Client contact lists and the emails Clients send are stored on the Client’s website, not on our servers. For that information the Client is in charge; we don’t see it unless the Client asks us for help and gives us access.

2. Information we collect

  • From visitors and Clients: name, email, phone, organization details and anything you send us through our forms.
  • License checks: the license key and the website address it’s used on.
  • When a Client asks for help: whatever the Client shares with us to set up or support their site, used only for that.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs, kept for security and fraud prevention.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, license, support and secure EMLCNTR.
  • To respond to inquiries and send service-related messages.
  • To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

4. If you got an email sent with EMLCNTR

The business that emailed you is responsible for that email and its list. Every email sent with EMLCNTR has a one-click unsubscribe link; using it stops further email from that sender to your address. For anything else about that email, contact the business that sent it. If you can’t reach them, use the contact form at emlcntr.com and we’ll pass your request on.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run EMLCNTR (such as website hosting), under confidentiality obligations; with authorities when the law requires it; and with a successor in a merger or sale, under this same policy. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and security

We keep records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information. Reach us through the contact form at emlcntr.com.

8. Children

EMLCNTR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
